Enjoy our serene country setting directly across from the Lopez Island Vineyards. A tranquil Northwest getaway. Surrounding the camping and cottages are 30 acres of woodland and meadow with an old orchard where lambs frolic, deer graze and bunnies romp. Guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the farm yet are only one mile from fine restaurants, shops, parks and beaches.

COTTAGES

Our cottages are decorated in a cozy clean style described as "Northwest Scandinavian". Each bright and colorful cottage is furnished with a plush queen-size bed, fireplace, bath, kitchen with microwave, sink and refrigerator, front porch and rear deck. A barbeque is conveniently located for cottage guests. A relaxing, private jacuzzi is nearby among the fragrant cedars (see Site Plan). A country continental breakfast in a basket is delivered to your door in the evening, so you won't be disturbed in the morning.

COTTAGE 1 for that extra special occasion. In addition to the above, Cottage 1 is larger and has been upgraded to a king size bed, and has its own jacuzzi, CD player, barbeque, hammock and a separate entrance. (see Site Plan).

In addition to the above, Cottage 5 has a cook top, LCD television, satellite dish and DVD/VCR player.

Cottage Notes

  1. The Cottages are designed for 1-2 adult guests, maximum 3 with futon.
  2. A futon is available at $25 per night.
  3. There is a two night minimum for Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th and Thanksgiving. There is a three night minimum for Tour de Lopez (last weekend in April).

Terms

  1. Cancellation Policy: At the time we confirm your reservation we charge your credit card for the first night's stay. Seven days prior to your check-in we will run any balance due for your stay.
      1. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your stay you will be reimbursed 90% of your first night's deposit.
      2. If you cancel within 14 days prior to your stay, you will be responsible for all nights you reserved.  If we are able to re-book your night(s) we will reimburse your credit card 90% of all charges.
      3. A reservation for multiple cottages requires payment for the entire stay in advance and is non-refundable. We will reimburse 90% if canceled and we are able to re-book.
  2. For the quiet and comfort of our guests, minimum age is 14; no pets; no smoking.
  3. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
  4. Self check-in time is after 4 pm; your guest envelope with your cottage number will be placed in our check-in building.
  5. Self check-out time is no later than 11 am.
  6. A VISA, MasterCard or Discover card for the first night's lodging is required for reservation. We do not accept checks or cash.
  7. Management reserves the right to move guests, prior to check-in, between cottages 2, 3 and 4 to assist occupancy.

Directions

  • Drive 2.6 miles straight ahead from ferry landing. Sign and driveway on left (see Map of Lopez).
  • SELF CHECK-IN All cottage check-in envelopes will be posted in the cottage check-in building (see site plan) no later than 4:00 pm. If early check-in is possible, the envelope will be posted.
  • SELF CHECK-OUT No later than 11:00 am.
