| In May of 1996 Lopez Farm Cottages completed the first four cottages and opened for business. Over the years it's become apparent that we have a select group of guests that come back year after year. To recognize and show our appreciation to this loyal group we have designed the FREQUENT GUEST BONUS PROGRAM. GUEST QUALIFICATION To qualify for the FREQUENT GUEST BONUS a guest must have made and paid for three separate reservations Online at www.lopezfarmcottages.com. GUEST BONUS CERTIFICATE To receive the FREQUENT GUEST BONUS CERTIFICATE the guest must e-mail a copy of each of the three separate “Confirmations” and request a Bonus Certificate. Lopez Farm Cottages & Tent Camping will calculate the certificate value and e-mail the BONUS CERTIFICATE to the guest. We recommend you save your e-mail confirmations in a separate folder from your inbox so they are not deleted and are easily found for submission to us. BONUS VALUE CALCULATION The certificate value will be 50% of the average of the three stays. Example: First stay. 2 camping nights @ $49 per night. Total $98. Second stay. 2 cottage nights @ $175 per night. Total $350. Third stay. 1 cottage night @ $225 per night. Total $225. Total paid for the three stays $673. Average paid per stay $224. GUEST BONUS VALUE: $112 credit for your next stay. Restrictions: 1. The Guest Bonus Certificate cannot be used during July, August, September, Tour de Lopez or Memorial Day weekend. 2. A reservation is for a cottage or campsite actually occupied by the subject guest. 3. Certificate is good for the next reservation made. Any remaining balance will not be carried forward. 4. This program begins with new reservations made beginning September 1, 2010. |
